Since the deadline for the lab work has been extended to the end of the day, you might have difficulty finding another CSC 104 student who hasn't already received the e-mail from someone else and submitted that.
So here's a new scheme for use when necessary. If you are wanting to do part C with someone who has already submitted e-mail from someone else, you can send them e-mail and they can save it in a file named "other", as opposed to the "ex" file described on the handout.
Then they can submit the "other" file, and you will get the marks for sending the e-mail.
Unlike the "ex" file, the "other" file can contain any number of e-mail messages. So if someone is helping multiple other students, they can receive e-mail from them all, save them all in "other", and submit that.
And if they already have done this, they can save more messages to "other" (so that it contains all the messages so far plus all the new messages in the one file), and resubmit it with -f (see the end of the assignment one handout for a discussion of -f).
